We are about 10 minutes from Hội An old town by Grab or taxi, or 20 minutes by bicycle.

Questions
Do I need to book?
Yes, please — at least one day ahead, and up to two months in advance. It keeps groups small and the animals relaxed.
How big can my group be?
Up to 10 people per booking. For bigger groups or schools, send us a message and we will plan something together.
How do I pay?
In cash (Vietnamese đồng) when you arrive. There is nothing to pay online.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem — just let us know as soon as you can, so we can offer the place to someone else.
Can children come?
Yes, with an adult. We will show them how to say hello gently.
What should I wear?
Clothes you do not mind getting a little muddy, and closed shoes.
